Who we are:

Yolo Emergency Communications Agency (YECA) is a 9-1-1 Public Safety Dispatch Center located in Woodland, California. YECA provides emergency dispatch service 24-hours a day, 7 days per week for 4 Law-Enforcement and 17 Fire Agencies in Yolo County.

Our dispatchers staff an 8-position center, each equipped with call-taking and radio-dispatch capabilities.

In addition to dispatch functions, YECA hosts the deployment of various technologies for the consortium members.

Our technologies:

YECA uses an NRG/PRC Altaris CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) system. We also use systems from SBC (Plant), Voice Print, Emergin, Data Maxx, Level 2, and others.

We host the RMS (Records Management System), Mobile, and FBR (Field-Based Reporting) systems for West Sacramento Police, Woodland Police, Davis Police, and Winters Police. VisionAIR is our RMS/Mobile/FBR vendor.
