Formerly Known as YCCESA (Yolo County Communications Emergency Service Agency), our organization has officially changed its name to YECA (Yolo Emergency Communications Agency) as of January 1st 2008!

Who we are:

Yolo Emergency Communications Agency (YECA) is a 9-1-1 Public Safety Dispatch Center located in Woodland, California. YECA provides emergency dispatch service 24-hours a day, 7 days per week for 4 Law-Enforcement and 17 Fire Agencies in Yolo County.

YECA is located in Woodland, California, which serves as the county seat for Yolo County. Woodland is 10 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport and 28 miles west of downtown Sacramento.
